We offer high quality holiday accommodation overlooking Coopers Beach. 

Our seasonal rates are:

Peak season (20 Dec – 7 Jan) $320 per night (minimum 4 night stay)

High season (8 Jan – 28 Feb) $250 per night

Shoulder season (1 Mar – 31 May) $200 per night

Off-Peak season (1 Jun – 30 Sep) $150 per night

Shoulder season (1 Oct – 19 Dec) $200 per night

All rates are based on 2 adults. We can accommodate up to 8 people – extra adults are $15 extra per person per night. Children aged 5-15 are $5 extra per child per night. Children under 5 stay free. Rates include cleaning. Minimum 2 night stay applies (except for the 20 Dec – 7 Jan, which is minimum 4 night stay). All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST.

We can do anything to make your holiday more special – from a bottle of bubbly waiting for you in the fridge or a bunch of flowers when you arrive, to a relaxing massage or a fishing charter. Just let us know what you want and we’ll make it happen!
